Background:

NPCC is an organisation that firmly believes in the development of character, leadership and resilience. Training has evolved from just drills to include more structured and interesting training programs. Through a myriad of activities, values such as discipline, loyalty, integrity, resourcefulness, tenacity and civic-consciousness are inculcated to develop members into Caring and Responsible Citizens.

NPCC Mission: To develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.

Inter-unit drill competition 2026 (Prelims)

A bi-annual event that provides cadets with the opportunity to demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and drill competency. Participants are assessed on their coordination, bearing, teamwork, and overall execution during the competition.

Annual inter-unit marksmanship event brings together cadets from different units to demonstrate their shooting proficiency and firearms handling skills.

Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Competition (biannual) 2025

The National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) Inter-Unit Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Competition challenges secondary school cadets to apply forensic skills in simulated crime scenarios. Participants are required to manage complex crime scenes and demonstrate technical skills such as fingerprinting, photography, and bloodstain pattern analysis.

  An integral part of NPCC training, Campcraft Competition was introduced to promote team spirit, upgrade campcraft skills, raise efficiency in conducting outdoor activities and nurture a stronger competitive inclination.
