If students encounter any issues with the iPad, Apple Pencil or Keyboard case, please bring the items to the school iSEC centre first. Some issues can be resolved by the school staff immediately.

Apple Service Centre will assess if the damage is due to hardware (device-related issues) or accidental damage (user-related issues).

For hardware damage, repair of item will be done under Apple Care+, no payment required.

For accidental damage, repair of item can still be done, but will be subject to a service fee of S$68 (for iPad) or S$42 (for Apple Pencil). (Note: iPad can only be replaced once during warranty period, for accidental damage)

(For iPad only) Alternatively, if parents do not wish to pay the service fee for repair, you can choose to activate a 1-time insurance claim. However, parents will need to bring the iPad to the Asiapac service centre.

If parents are unable to bring the iPad down to the asiapac service centre, the iPad can be left with the school iSEC centre and asiapac will collect iPad from school. However, do take note this will delay the repair process by at least a few weeks.

If parents are unable to bring the keyboard case down to the asiapac service centre, the case can be left with the school iSEC centre and asiapac will collect case from school. However, do take note this will delay the repair process by at least a few weeks.
Loss of iPad (out of school)

Make a police report regarding the loss of iPad immediately.

Student to inform the Form Teacher about the loss of iPad.

Student to submit a copy of the police report to the iSEC centre.

Purchase of replacement iPad can be arranged by the school staff thereafter.
